3. Information we collect
Do not misuse our site or services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with systems or networks. No testing of third-party systems without the explicit written authorization of the owner. Use of our deliverables must comply with applicable laws and contractual restrictions.
4. How we use your information
Prices are quoted before tax unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay all fees per the invoice terms. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways; we do not store full card details.

Each party will protect the other's Confidential Information with at least reasonable care. Reports, findings, scripts, and tools provided by us are confidential and for your internal use unless otherwise agreed.
6. Payment processing
We retain ownership of our pre-existing IP, methodologies, and tools. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal security purposes.
7. Cookies & tracking
We provide services using reasonable skill and care. Security testing identifies vulnerabilities at a point in time and cannot guarantee the absence of future vulnerabilities or breaches. Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Data sharing
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. International transfers
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, or testing without proper authorization.
10. Data retention
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where applicable, additional data processing terms may be included in the SOW or a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

12. Security
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or acts of government.
13. Children
Our events and website are not directed at individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If such data is discovered, it will be promptly deleted.
