How to reach:
Take a taxi or private car from Dehradun via Rajpur Road (33–38 km). You can also board a state-bus from Dehradun Hill Bus Stand to Mussoorie’s Library or Picture Palace bus stop.


Camel's Back Road:
Camel’s Back Road in Mussoorie is a scenic, 3 km stretch offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Named after a natural camel-shaped rock formation, it’s ideal for peaceful walks, horse rides, and sunset watching. Surrounded by lush greenery, it provides a calm escape from the town’s rush and commercial areas.
How to reach:
From Mall Road Mussoorie, Camel’s Back Road is easily accessible by foot or cycle rickshaw. Head towards Kulri Bazaar and follow the path leading to the road’s entry point. It’s a short and pleasant walk, offering beautiful mountain views.


Kempty Falls:
Kempty Fall is one of Mussoorie’s most popular tourist attractions, known for its cascading waterfall surrounded by lush green mountains. It offers natural pools for bathing, photography spots, and scenic beauty—perfect for families and adventure lovers.
How to reach:
From Mall Road Mussoorie, Kempty Fall is around 15 km away and easily reachable by taxi or local bus from Library Chowk. The drive takes 30–45 minutes through scenic mountain routes.


Gun Hill:
Gun Hill, Mussoorie’s second-highest peak, is a popular viewpoint offering panoramic Himalayan and Doon Valley views. A cable-car ride or a short trek leads to this iconic spot, ideal for photography and nature lovers.
How to reach:
From Mall Road, head to the Ropeway station near Kulri Bazaar and take the cable car. A short uphill trek is also available with clearly marked trails.


Company Garden:
Company Garden, also known as Municipal Garden, is a beautifully maintained park featuring lush lawns, vibrant flowers, fountains, and a serene lake. It’s a perfect family spot with boating, food stalls, and a peaceful environment ideal for relaxation and photography.

From Mall Road, Company Garden is just 3 km away. Hire a taxi or take a cycle rickshaw from Library Chowk. The route is scenic and well-marked, making it easy to access.


George Everest Peak:
George Everest Peak is a breathtaking viewpoint named after Sir George Everest. Known for its sweeping views of the Doon Valley and the snow-capped Himalayan ranges, it’s a peaceful yet adventurous spot ideal for trekking, photography, and sunset watching.
How to reach:
Located about 6 km from Mussoorie's Library Chowk, the peak is reachable by taxi or bike. The last stretch involves a short but scenic nature walk to the viewpoint.


Cloud's End:
Cloud's End marks one of Mussoorie's farthest boundaries and is known for its dense forest cover, misty trails, and tranquil atmosphere. It’s a nature lover’s paradise offering peace, birdwatching, gentle hikes, and stunning fog-filled landscapes.
How to reach:
Cloud’s End is around 6 km from Library Chowk. Reach Hathipaon via taxi, then continue along the forest road. The short hike to the viewpoint offers beautiful scenery.


Jharipani Falls:
Jharipani Falls is a serene and lesser-crowded waterfall located near Mussoorie, offering a refreshing natural escape amid dense forest and rocky terrain. Adventurers enjoy trekking, photography, and spending peaceful time beside the cascading waters.

Jharipani Falls is about 7 km from Mussoorie and can be reached via taxi toward Jharipani village. A short downhill trek from the parking area leads to the waterfall.


Benog Wildlife Sanctuary:
Benog Wildlife Sanctuary is a part of Rajaji National Park and is known for its rich biodiversity, scenic viewpoints, and pristine forests. Trekkers and nature enthusiasts visit for peaceful hikes, Himalayan birdlife, and stunning views including Chaukhamba Peak.
How to reach:
Located about 11 km from Mussoorie, Benog is reachable by road till Cloud’s End. From there, follow the marked forest trail leading into the sanctuary area.
