BSides Mussoorie is a community-driven security conference built by and for the security community.

About the call for papers

Security BSides Mussoorie 2026 invites security researchers, practitioners, developers, students, and industry professionals to submit original, experience-driven, and impactful talks.

BSides Mussoorie is an independent, community-led security conference focused on practical learning, open knowledge sharing, and honest discussions around real-world security challenges. First-time speakers and fresh voices are strongly encouraged alongside experienced professionals.

If you have research, tooling, case studies, failures, lessons learned, or emerging ideas that can help the security community grow, we would love to hear from you.

Submission tracks

• Main Technical Track Deep-dive technical talks addressing real-world security problems, exploitation techniques, defenses, and lessons learned.

• Bounty & Research Track Vulnerability research, bug bounty methodologies, automation, tooling, and impact-driven findings.

• Web & Application Security Track Web, API, mobile, and cloud-native application security, including secure-by-design approaches.

• Blue Team & Defense Track Detection engineering, SOC operations, incident response, threat hunting, and defensive tooling.

• Developer & Secure Engineering Track Secure coding practices, DevSecOps, SDLC security, and building resilient systems.

• Hands-on & Workshop Proposals Practical and interactive sessions where participants learn by doing in a controlled environment.

• Speaker Notifications: Rolling notifications after CFP closure

• Conference Dates: April 2026

All updates will be published on the website and official social channels. Early submissions are encouraged.

Review and selection

Review process

All submissions are reviewed by the Honorable Member of Review Board of BSides Mussoorie. Submissions are evaluated based on originality, technical depth, clarity, relevance, and value to the community. Both practitioner-led talks and research-oriented sessions are welcome.

Independence and fairness

The CFP review process is independent and unbiased. Reviewers volunteer their time and do not receive monetary compensation. BSides Mussoorie does not influence reviewers based on employer, affiliation, or popularity. Content quality remains the sole selection criterion.

Code of conduct

All speakers must comply with the BSides code of conduct. Talks promoting harassment, discrimination, unsafe practices, or unethical behavior will not be accepted. Any vulnerability disclosures must follow responsible disclosure practices.

Speaker responsibilities

Speakers must present original content or clearly disclose reused material. Sales pitches, marketing talks, or product demos without educational value will not be accepted.
